On Friday, November 8, Super Typhoon Yolanda with international name Haiyan, is said to be one of the strongest typhoons in recent history, made landfall in the Visayas provinces like Leyte, Samar, to name a few.
Authorities feared to have 10,000 were killed of this tragic incident.
International celebrities express sympathy and shows support to the Philippines on twitter.
Pope Francis also use his twitter account @Pontifex to ask to be united in prayer for the victims of Typhoon Yolanda.
