Miss Universe 2017 is Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters from South Africa

Miss Universe 2017 was the 66th Miss Universe pageant was held at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States on November 26.

This was hosted by Steve Harvey for the 3rd time since 2015, together with Ashley Graham, while Fergie and Rachel Platten performed. Contestants from 92 countries and territories participated in this year, surpassing the previous record of 89 contestants in 2011 and 2012.

This year, they sub-devided into 3 groups: Africa/Asia Pacific, Europe and The Americas. Picked 4 contestants in each group for top 16 plus 4 as wildcard from any groups.
