The 61st Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) Awards Night or "Gabi ng Parangal" 2013 held at the AFP Theater on Sunday night, April 21, 2013. It will be aired by GMA 7 on April 28.

No one got eliminated in the April 25 (April 26 MNL) episode of American Idol Season 12. This means the top 4 will return on May 1 (May 2 MNL) to compete. This is because the AI judges never used their save, making the season end one week early if someone is eliminated every week. With this non-elimination week, the show will end as scheduled on May 16.

However, Ryan Seacrest still announced the voting results to reveal the top two and bottom two.

Base on last night performances, definitely, Lazaro was the most obvious contestant to be sent home. I remember Nicki Minaj refuses to give comments for the 2 bad performances of Lazaro.

I can see the pain in his eyes. There's a lot of bad comments after his last performances. He was even accused of having an attitude but in my opinion he was just really misjudged. Sad :'(

John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo are the Box-Office King and Queen in the 44th Box-Office Entertainment Awards (2013)

The winners were announced on Thursday by organizers Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation, following the deliberations held Sunday in Cabalen Restaurant, Quezon City.

An annual recognition of the most popular and commercially viable performers in Philippine showbiz, the Box-Office Entertainment Awards is the only mainstream showbiz award-giving body that announces all its honorees in advance.

John Lloyd and Bea are this year’s Box-Office King and Box-Office Queen for the movie “The Mistress”, the second-highest grossing Filipino film last year.

The awarding ceremonies will be held on May 19, 2013 at the AFP Theater, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

Theresa Marie Fenger aka Lana Roi, 25, 5’9”, from Quezon City/Davao City/Vancouver (Canada) with a degree in Music and a former member of an all-girl sexy singing group Eurasia.

She was Miss Global Teen Canada and Miss Mayan World in 2004, and also bagged the Ms. Vancouver Universe Canada and the Best Smile Award in North American International Model both in 2006, and won the 2009 Century Tuna Superbods Search. This Filipina-German stand-out was also a finalist of Canadian Idol.

Fenger has been disqualified as the official candidate of Bb. Pilipinas 2013 because of her sexy photos in FHM (men's magazine) and she was replaced by KC Cahandig.
